Operations divisions across the city have seen enormous changes in recent years, with extensive off-shoring and near-shoring of many functions, huge increases and spikes in trading volume, and increased complexity in traded assets. To keep up with the changing trading environment, Operations divisions have been at the forefront in embracing change and technology.
